Marketing Team Coordinator

In order to be considered, you must have proven marketing and some PA/support experience ideally in a similar or related industry.

  • Proactively manage the Chairman and CEO’s diary (and other members of the Senior Leadership Team’s (SLT) diaries) across multiple time zones, pragmatically coordinating all schedules and travel logistics globally and producing itineraries. 
  • Full administrative support for the SLT (scheduling board meetings and minutes)  
  • General administration, including support to the Chief Operating Officer for HR administration, Talent Acquisition and Supplier management.   
  • Managing administrative tasks within the marketing team; assisting with the organisation of marketing activities and campaigns including advertising, PR, events etc 
  • Monitor communications channels ensuring these are reviewed and the content is kept up to date. 
  • Communicating with clients and prospects; Preparation of tenders/quotes. Assisting the marketing team with new opportunities and attending prospect meetings as required 
  • Helping to prepare standard proposals and submission of the proposal to clients or contacts. 

What we are looking for

  • Proven Marketing and some PA/support experience (5+ years) ideally in a similar or related industry. 
  • The ability to think on your feet and use your initiative within our fast-paced environment 
  • Exceptional planning, organisational, administration, prioritisation and time management skills.  
  • Demonstratable experience working well under pressure and to tight deadlines. 
  • Creative problem-solving in a digital world. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and experience supporting C-Suite 
  • Building decks with structure and flow and creating designs across a range of packages to pull into PPT to enhance presentations  
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically word, excel and ppt. 
  • Attention to detail 
  • A strong team player 
  • Desirable but not essential:   
  • Knowledge and experience in behaviour-based and/or competency-based interviewing 
  • Strong analytical skills and awareness of online and digital platforms. 
  • Ability to recruit on a national, multi-location level
