 We are looking for a talented, experienced, dynamic, and forward-thinking individual to join our Flock as a Project Manager as part of a Media Consultancy project. Flock will be auditing and analysing the paid media ecosystem of a large Saudi Government client.  You will play a pivotal role across the project, ensuring the efficient delivery of projects (client and internally facing), with responsibility for a range of tasks (research, document preparation, project administration, etc.). 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Owning the day-to-day delivery of the project – research, workshops, reports by organising the clients and consultant teams on their deliverables.  
  • Assist Flock consultants on client projects with tasks, such as (but not limited to): workshop preparation & logistics, research, presentation writing, client interviews, information gathering, note taking, attending workshops, proofreading, and also conduct research of prospective clients, competitors, industries, and markets.   
  • Building, owning and managing the project timelines, and all key stakeholders for the project in the UK, USA and KSA.  
  • Demonstrate strong analytical ability, by taking raw data/facts and deliver them with clear, exciting client insights that have proven business applications.  
  • Deliver findings and insights in a compelling, yet digestible manner to ensure our clients are clear of our recommendations.  This would include report and presentation writing. 

 

Essential Skills for the role include:  

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with advanced (formatting) and presentational skills  
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.  
  • Possess high attention to detail and accuracy, time management and can effectively manage competing priorities, with patience and confidence.  
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PPT, Teams, Outlook)  
  • Strong project management skills, and a genuine passion for furthering one’s own technical expertise. 
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills, demonstrated in a fast-paced project delivery setting. 
  • Some exposure to project and proposal writing, and new business development (e.g. client pitches, presentations, and workshops)  
  • Exceptional standard of written and spoken English and Arabic 
  • You will be comfortable working independently (and as part of a team) and will have a critical role to play in ensuring the Project Team’s efforts are directed at those areas where they can add most value, thereby increasing their opportunity to deliver great work, efficiently.  

 

 Desirable Skills to excel in this role: 

  • Experience in Media planning and buying agencies or client-side marketing teams.  
  • Experience in working with Saudi Government clients is preferred. 
  • Some experience as a facilitator, preferably within the context of change management within the marketing industry.  
  • Energetic with a solutions-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly and positively influence the business and client delivery. 
  • You are proactive, innovative, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environments.  
  • You are self-motivated and ensure you take ownership of your work and deliver results consistently, within a complex matrix environment.  
  • Strong interest in technology, web and software applications.
