Tony is an accomplished marketing and advertising professional recognized for developing and executing award-winning integrated marketing communications programs targeting key business and consumer segments. His specialty is the U.S. Hispanic/Multicultural market landscape.
Tony’s philosophy is that mutually-beneficial and long-lasting business relationships start with a 1:1 understanding of a client’s business challenges, opportunities and goals. Only by truly listening and empathizing does a trusted partnership grow and successful marketing and business development strategies evolve. His 25+ year career includes tenures at multinational firms such as Young & Rubicam and Grey Advertising, (both under WPP), as well as SiboneyUSA (under IPG), managing accounts such as U.S. Army, Merck & Co., Coca-Cola, U.S. Bank, Eli Lilly, Goya Foods, USPS and Allianz Life. In 2010 Tony created Simbiosis Consulting LLC to offer marketing strategy and business development to the communications industry-at-large. Through Simbiosis, Tony has handled strategic planning, business development and project management duties for RushCard Communications, Verizon Wireless, Amtrak and Cigna. Most recently Tony launched “Hablemos ADHD” (Let’s Talk ADHD), a groundbreaking bilingual (English/Spanish) awareness and educational campaign on behalf of Shire Pharmaceuticals. Tony has a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Rutgers University, and is certified in Digital Marketing from the Rutgers Business School.
