Principal Consultant

Will has been involved on a number of projects including digital integration for BT, AT&T and Verizon. Re-wiring marketing operations for Unilever to adapt to social media and DTC disruption.  

Will is a global marketing leader with more than 20 years’ experience in London and New York, specialising in digital transformation, operating models, and creative effectiveness. He has held senior roles at creative, digital and tech agencies (BBDO, R/GA, Uncommon, Q agency) as well as client-side marketing roles (Thrasio) and a tech platform (Meta).  

Will has worked across B2C, B2B and DTC brands, and brings together the best of traditional brand building expertise with innovative digital marketing. He has led a range of marketing transformation projects for clients with budgets ranging from $40K to $4B, for brands including Unilever, Verizon, AT&T, GE, Diageo, BT, E*Trade, Adidas, B&Q, EA, Discovery, Mars and Liverpool FC.  

Will lives in Southeast London, and when not at work he can be found being exercised by his dog, helping his daughter with Maths homework, and failing to write a sitcom.
