The Amazon effect continues to grow as the company reported on their first-quarter 2018 filing “other” revenue. Sales and Advertising services, which fall under the “other” category, grew 132 percent year over year to reach $2 billion. Read more.

At the recent Flock CMO Lunch Forum, four CMOs from very different industry sectors (Automotive, Technology, Entertainment and Investment Banking) found they all shared challenges around Connected Customer Experiences.
