Simon Francis
Executive Chairman
Simon has extensive experience of marketing transformation through integrated and effective marketing and communications. He has run Creative, Media, Digital & Digital Media, Branded Content, Econometric & Poster buying companies, having been CEO, EMEA for Saatchi & Saatchi, and Aegis Media, MD EMEA for OMD. He has also held senior positions at Leo Burnett, MindShare and ZenithOptimedia.
Simon has enjoyed working towards transforming a number of World Class companies and brands such as Diageo, Carlsberg, Heineken, Adidas, Nike, Sony Electronics, Mobile, Music & Pictures, IBM, Apple, HSBC, Toyota, Kia, PSA, Bridgestone, Pepsi, Coca Cola, Sara Lee, Beiersdorf, Johnson & Johnson, GlaxoSmithKline, Unilever, P&G, T-Mobile, Vodafone and Emirates to name a few.
He has won IPA Effectiveness Awards as well as Cannes Lions, M&M Global, Media Week and Campaign Creative and Media Awards for clients such as Nike, Sony and Sony Pictures etc. Whilst in charge of the creative offering at OMD, the agency won most awarded network of the year for five straight years at Cannes, was either M&M Global or Campaign Network of the year for each of the five years, and whilst at Saatchi & Saatchi the agency became the first and only agency ever awarded in every single award category from Titanium & Integrated, through to Promotions, PR and Media.
When he is not helping clients Simon can be found fishing, shooting or ferrying his two young daughters around the West Sussex countryside.
John Partridge
Marketing Consultant
John began his career at Dorland Advertising as Media Planner/Buyer in 1979, spending 13 years in full service Agencies with the last 8 years at McCann Erickson as a Media Group Director on the board of the Agency working on accounts Black & Decker, Esso, NS&I, Cathay Pacific and Martini.
He then joined the Sales Department of Sky Television. At Sky he was responsible for a Sales Group selling to major media buying agencies and managing the sales for the launch of Nickelodeon – a joint venture between Sky and Viacom. That role developed into acting as the Commercial Director for Nickelodeon.
In mid 1995 he was appointed as the launch Deputy Managing Director of the Paramount Comedy Channel (now Comedy Central), he was made MD in April 1996. He managed all aspects of the channel for the first six years of its existence and led the team that launched and managed Paramount Comedy Espana achieving profitability for both channels during his tenure.
After spending a year on gardening leave, i.e. fishing all over the world, he was engaged as a consultant to set up an online gambling operation for Harrah’s Entertainment.
Since that time he has consulted for major media companies and advertisers in the UK and Europe. Media companies such as Viacom, News International and IPC Media (Time Inc.) and advertisers such as Unilever, Associated British Foods, Eurostar and IKEA helping with such things as structure, system builds, transformation and pitch management.
When not at work enjoys being tormented by Everton, Somerset and Bath, fly fishing and French builders.
Florian Voigt
Marketing Consultant
Florian is a results-driven marketer with a track record in managing and leading complex client organisations, delivering award-winning work and directing fully integrated campaigns for international clients such as Jaguar, Toyota, Audi, O2, Pernod Ricard, Nestlé.
He started his career more than 18 years ago in Frankfurt/Germany and moved to London in 2008 where he started working at Saatchi&Saatchi London, helping the agency to transform the Toyota Europe account. During his time there he was responsible for changing the agency processes to deliver a fully integrated approach by introducing digital and social into Toyota’s Pan-European marketing mix. In his role he was responsible for running pitches for launch campaigns within Saatchis European network, overseeing strategy, creative development and production – in true Germanic style, he managed to significantly increase production efficiencies for Toyota in Europe. He successfully managed Toyota’s image crisis in 2010, when Toyota was in the news for recalling over 2.3million vehicles worldwide. In his latest role he managed the relaunch of the Jaguar brand, reigniting global market growth by leading integrated campaigns.
At Flock he led marketing transformation projects for clients such as Campbells US, McDonald’s US, Britvic, Mondelēz Europe, Honda Europe, Toyota Europe and is the lead consultant for Marketing Operations. He is a passionate Eintracht Frankfurt supporter and adopted Arsenal as his surrogate team – he occasionally wonders if that was a good decision or not. In his free time he can be found jumping into muddy puddles, either with his 5 year old son or at the Regent’s Park football pitch.
John Whelan
Chief Finance Officer
John holds a BA in Accountancy and Financial Management gained from Sheffield University in 1982. He qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1985.
John owned his own accountancy practice for over 30 years, focussing on businesses that needed professional financial assistance to help them develop and grow their business. He has a proven record of working with growing companies. The clients were from a variety of sectors including private equity, venture capital, an online travel agency, a film production company, an optical manufacturer, advertising agencies, an online publisher and empathy consultancy.
John has been married for 30 years, is a qualified cricket umpire, a Samaritan volunteer for 20 years and a volunteer with Sussex Police Search Team. He also loves all things Irish!

Helen is a Client Account Manager at Flock with over 4 years of experience managing global Marketing Transformation Projects.
Over the last few years, Helen has become a generalist with experience across marketing operations, strategy, agency management, martech, pitch management and many more. She has a strong track record of leading projects with global organisations such as PepsiCo, FT, EY, Toyota/Lexus and Walmart.
Helen also has a love for sport & fitness and is currently training for the London Marathon!
Kieron Matthews
CEO
Kieron has over 25 years of experience with brands and marketing having worked at some of the top creative agencies including McCann’s, HHCL+P, TBWA Chiat Day (Toronto), BBH and Dare Digital. There he worked on award winning campaigns for Lynx and the COI and was also involved in attracting new clients such as Sony Ericsson, Vodafone, The AA and the BBC. In the time he was there, Dare grew from 9 staff to over 70.
Kieron was then appointed as the Internet Advertising Bureau’s (IAB) first head of marketing where his role included overseeing and driving the growth of the internet advertising industry.
In 2001 Kieron co-founded The Digital Consultancy where for 7 years he drove the strategic direction and digital transformation for brands such as Shell, BP, MSD, GE, Inchcape, Pearson and Visit England.
Katie Szumowski
Marketing Consultant
Katie is an accomplished marketing and media professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and entertainment industries within both the general and multi-cultural markets.
Her work at Verizon, Turner Broadcasting and Vonage has been focused on all aspects of digital including media, technology, creative & customer experience; traditional media; general marketing strategy and brand advertising. She has been a leader of innovation and contributes her ongoing success to staying on the forefront of innovation as well as her commitment to the use of data, analytics and testing in her decision making & strategy development. During her eighteen-year tenure at Verizon, Katie helped lead the brand to become one of the largest and most innovative cross-platform advertisers. She has also been deeply involved with developing accelerator programs designed to educate entrepreneurs and enable them to build innovative media businesses.
Katie is a graduate of The Ohio State University and is an avid tennis player, reader and sports fan. She also enjoys mentoring and connecting college students & graduates on opportunities within the marketing and media communities.
Katie Hicklin

Katie is a Junior Consultant at Flock, working with our Consultancy team to transform the way our clients deliver their marketing operations and outputs.
Prior to joining Flock, Katie worked in a variety of marketing and communications environments across a number of sectors in design and branding agencies and most recently as a Consultant for Oystercatchers.
Katie is passionate about delivering practical, game changing pieces of consultancy and has previously delivered marketing excellence programmes for brands such as GVC, EY and Boden.
Katie is also a volunteer programme manager for the Be Awesome Night School, an organisation which provides affordable training to women in creative industries.
Estigia Cruz

Estigia graduated from New York State University at Oswego with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and has a Graphic Design certificate from Baruch College.
Prior to joining Flock, Estigia began her career at The Leading Hotels of the World, a collection of over 400 luxury hotels. In her role, she managed the office of the CMO and VP of Digital Product Development & Marketing. She led several projects, such as digital design products, supporting B2B and B2C marketing strategy, planning and supporting the execution of brand events, including event communications, creation and design of presentations and materials.
When not at the office she is traveling and experiencing new destinations and cultures. She also loves spending time with friends and family, is a savvy dancer, ice cream lover, fluent in Spanish and enjoys perfecting cooking recipes.
Laura Keates
Marketing Consultant
Laura has over 12 years experience working for well know marketing agencies such as Ogilvy, Geometry and RPM.
There she managed award winning integrated marketing campaigns across B2C sectors in FMCG, Retail, Alcohol, Sport, Travel, Beauty, Pharmaceutical and Technology. She has delivered omni-channel strategic solutions for well-known consumer brands such as Bacardi, Diageo, Mondelez, M&S, Tesco, Danone, and Coca-Cola.
Alongside consulting, Laura is a mentor and coach to junior industry peers, and an author and speaker for the MAA Marketing Diploma, having written and delivered the Shopper and Brand Experience module for the past 2 years. Laura is fiercely disciplined to training in the gym every morning and believes a good start to the day is an early one!
Aysha Haynes
Chief Operating Officer
Aysha has over 10 years’ of experience working in Operations and managing large, cross-functional projects across all departments both within the public and private sector.
She has a natural ability to nurture & coach, a personality trait that presents itself in all roles that she undertakes. Aysha is passionate about helping and supporting people through their career and currently provide coaching and mentoring to aspiring leaders and graduates in successfully developing their career pathways.
Aysha is recognised as an industry expert in driving performance excellence through people and managing change effectively in environments of rapid growth. She regularly speaks at HR events, workshops and conferences including the industry recognised CIPD professional body for HR and people development.
Outside of work Aysha loves to cook at home, as well as eating out. She is currently researching and developing the production of her own cooking and dining experience book. She also loves to dance a lot…and where possible she enjoys travelling…mainly to hot countries.
Nicole Afflick

Nicole has been working in the marketing industry for 6 years, and has spent the past 3 years managing global projects across a variety of industries.
Over the past few years, Nicole has developed a skill for facilitating and enhancing client-agency relationships, shown in the running of global pitches and managing multi-agency 360 appraisals. She has managed some of Flock’s great clients including Toyota, Philips Domestic Appliances, Danone, Pandora and many more.
Nicole loves spending time visiting galleries, eating at lovely restaurants and wandering round a good Sunday market finding local gems.
Bonnie Chu

Bonnie brings over 20 years of agency-side and startup experience in integrated marketing building fortune 500 brands, deep in in digital including: online advertising, social media, mobile, branded
content, and e-commerce. She’s held senior leadership roles at leading agencies such as AKQA, Code & Theory, DDB, and McCann. Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing complex marketing programs from $5k to $50MM in NA, EMEA, and APAC, for brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, L’Oreal, JP Morgan Chase, Vogue, and British Airways.Bonnie has also spent 7 years as a growth advisor consulting with small businesses and startups on business development, user acquisition/retention, brand strategy, and content production.During off hours, Bonnie looks to maintain her 27 year snowboarding streak and grows 58 types of vegetables, fruits, and houseplant on her NYC fire escape garden.
Nick Sparey

Nick’s career has been spent over 30 years in Advertising, Media and Marketing, with spells in Agencies at Board level, as a consultant at Accenture undertaking marketing transformation to FTSE 100 clients and latterly as a client at Johnson & Johnson overseeing global media within Corporate Procurement.
Nick is quite relaxed and with a good sense of humour. Always looking to see the best in any situation and having a glass half-full approach to work and life in general.
As well as being happily married, with three grown-up children, Nick is a super keen sportsman – ex rugby, marathon runner and now very competitive amateur cyclist

Jack Prior
Product Manager
The vast majority of my career has been spent in the automotive industry, where I utilised and developed my extensive project/product management skills in order to delivery bespoke and high production products. I have experience managing a team of developers who were responsible for implementing changes to a range of automotive products. High level stakeholder management was key to managing these tasks, as well as the ability to translate technical detail into visual representation, KPIs and detail success planning.
I am a highly social person and in my free time I enjoy listening to music and going to gigs. I am also a self-confessed “tech nerd” and enjoy designing and building products using my 3D printer.

Chris Pointon

An internet entrepreneur and technologist, Chris has worked in areas including mobile and desktop apps for major brands, massively multiplayer games, and social media management systems.
He has been technical co-founder of six companies. Two exited, two are still operating, and two were “learning experiences”.
Chris has a BEng in Computer & Electronic Engineering and is a Fellow of the RSA.
Guy Abrahams

With over 30 years in strategy roles in creative and media agencies, I was most recently at Zenith as Global Strategy Lead on pitches and key clients. As a strategy lead was responsible for devising and deploying new media operation models reflecting the changing digital landscape to ensure global strategy was translated into better local execution. As an industry thought leader, I have also spoken at client and industry conferences locally and globally including Eurobest, Dubai Lynx, Cannes Festival of Creativity, DMEXCO and the IAA World Kremlin Congress in addition to judging numerous awards including Festival of Media Awards, M&M Awards, Global & UK Effies. Once ranked top 10 Best Media Thinkers by Campaign UK, I am known as a multi award winner with a reputation as an effective creative thinker and the founder of the London Vermouth Company.
Khia Pryce
Operations Assistant
Khia began Interning at flock after studying Business Management, Global Politics and Photography at 6th form. Khia works with Flock to support on delivering a range of global projects, from retail brands to FMCG brands, along with creative outputs in design and copywriting. She also has two years experience running a successful social media blog, encouraging people to embrace their natural hair, which has given her the opportunity to collaborate with brands, participate in events and documentaries as well as writing book reviews. Her experience gained from supporting on many projects means Khia has the ability to ensure a project is delivered successfully.
In her spare time Khia enjoys all things creative from chemical photography to up-cycling old furniture, she also enjoys spending her time in nature and adding to her crystal collection.

Iain Lewis
Senior Marketing Executive
Iain is a recent graduate from Exeter University where he studied joint honours in Economics and Philosophy. His undergraduate degree gave him knowledge and skills in business and quantitative aspects, as well as, articulation skills both written and spoken.
He is a marketing executive at Flock and is loving the nature of the work as it provides him with exposure to fantastic clients and stimulating work where he can use his skills and learn many more!
For client projects Iain performs project management, industry research, data analysis, and deck creation. His main focus has been on project managing global pitch processes and marketing operations processes & model audit and recommendations.
In his free time he enjoys running, watching Liverpool play football, and sampling the bars and restaurants around London!
Halima Kalim
Project Manager
Halima is a Project Manager at Flock, supporting our client projects as well as Flock’s internal operations and processes.
Halima has experience working with clients to transform their marketing, including brands such as Shell, Asda and Nomad. Recently, Halima has had a particular focus on developing the Flock Skills Assessment Tool. Halima also has experience as an Account Manager at a CRM SaaS firm working with clients in the luxury hospitality industry to deliver email, social and loyalty campaigns using a single customer view.
Heather Butcher
Marketing Consultant
Currently working as Head of PR for a road safety charity. I started my career in journalism where I trained in-house. I worked on B2B trade titles including Supermarketing and Hairdressers Journal for seven years, splitting my time in the editorial teams across the news and features desks.
I then moved into PR where I have spent the last 25 years in a variety of agency and in-house roles. I have run my own agency, headed up clients and key accounts in specialist and full-service teams. I’ve worked on many blue-chip and international clients, celebrities, influencers, start-ups, and global companies. I also offer crisis PR support and training. Throughout my PR career I’ve taken the lead on crisis communications for hospitality and key consumer brands.
Lucy Scudder
Insights & Data Analytics Lead
Lucy’s focus is on data analytics and she works across a range of consultancy projects at Flock, including procurement, pitch management, marketing capabilities and performance assessments. With previous Flock clients including Mazda, McCormick, ASDA Walmart, Travelopia, Duracell and more.
Prior to Flock Lucy worked in marketing and agency environments, most recently leading analytics for a media agency where she drove a successful data and analytics practice working with pharmaceutical clients including GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, Sanofi, Reckitt Benckiser, Lilly and Actelion.
Danielle Cutler
Senior Marketing Executive
Danielle graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2019, studying Communication and Media with English Lit. Before joining Flock she worked in an in-house marketing team for a B2B conference production company, as well as trying her hand at HR.
During her time at Flock Danielle has developed her project management and client relationship skills, working on projects for Danone, Nomad Foods, Pandora and Colgate Palmolive.
Alongside this, she is creative at heart. She led her university’s design and marketing team for the on-campus magazine, danced competitively for 8 years as well as currently running a small Instagram-based business doing line drawings.
Nick Bonney
Senior Consultant
Nick started Deep Blue Thinking in 2018, having previously led ABA Research as Managing Director.
Nick has over 25 years experience in the research industry and brings a unique client side perspective having led the insight function at Orange, M&S, EE and The National Lottery. Nick was made a Fellow of the Market Research Society in 2018.
Deep Blue Thinking have just been nominated for the MRS Independent Consultant Award for the second time in three years.
Rupert Simonds-Gooding
Senior Consultant
Rupert is passionate about making seemingly complex things work smoothly and efficiently. He offers a wealth of experience in auditing, assessing and ultimately improving Marketing processes.
He has spent most of his career in leading creative agencies and was M&C Saatchi Group Creative Services Director until 2015; whilst at the agency he was also Chairman of the IPA Creative Services Group from 2008-2011.
Since leaving the agency his time has been spent as a Marketing Operations Consultant with both agencies and clients alike, across multiple business sectors both in the UK and Ireland.
During his career he has worked with multiple brands, both locally and globally, including HSBC, Three Ireland, Hewlett Packard and BBC World Service in recent years.
In his free time Rupert is passionate about sport, both as a competitor and spectator. He also can often be found fishing or swimming in the sea, rivers and lakes in South West Ireland when he is not working.
Ifeanyi Lefeuvre
Marketing executive
I am a young graduate from McGill University in Canada where I obtained a bachelor’s degree with a double major in International Development, Sociology as well as a minor in Economics.
I have experience in Marketing, Sales and Project management acquired in the UK, France and Canada.
Having a multicultural background (Nigerian, Senegalese, French and English) has facilitated my understanding and discernment of people’s diverse perspectives. I believe this cultural diversity is why I love to travel so much and what over the years has allowed me to adapt to new environments so comfortably.
In my spare time I have been known to shop till I drop but that was a past life haha! But now I enjoy the simple things in life like a cheeky glass of Pinot Grigio.
Yahya Abu
Marketing Data Analyst
I am an enthusiastic analyst with a passion to tell stories through data visualisation and statistical techniques. I have spent the last 5 years widening my knowledge within the data field, undertaking data science internships, running individual projects in my spare time (i.e predicting the likelihood of patients turning up to a doctors appointment), and using econometrics to quantify the contribution of different variables to a given KPI. I am keen to continue learning and sharing my knowledge to help businesses turn messy data, into actionable insight.
In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, spending time with friends and family – and strive to have regular catchups with them all.
Lisa Lucas

Lisa has worked in strategic marketing and media in the commercial and non-profit sectors across local and global roles in the US, UK and the Netherlands.
With a background in marketing and content development, she’s led client teams across media strategy, planning and buying and worked on various brand global transformation projects agency-side. Experienced with econometrics, digital strategy, digital in-housing, partnerships and global governance, she’s passionate about effective, purpose-led marketing that is outcome focused.
Kristina Huddart

Kristina Huddart is an independent DAM consultant who helps brands and cultural heritage organizations to find, implement and make the most of their digital asset management (DAM) practices.
Kristina has over 9 years of experience in the DAM industry working on the client-side across industries including finance, startup, charity, cultural heritage, energy, retail and eCommerce, and events sectors. Kristina is also a thought leader, author, speaker and educator.
Kristina specialises in building strong, successful DAM operations with the right combination of people, process, data, and technology. She provides services to organizations including:
– selecting and implementing DAM systems
– building DAM practices including metadata and taxonomy design, governance structures, data migration, and more
– leading change management and user adoption of DAM and surrounding Marketing Technologies

Andrew Boatman
Senior Consultant
I’m a versatile global citizen with experience across a variety of sectors and disciplines. I’ve worked with partners like GSK, Sanofi, BAT, Samsung, Virgin, Sony, Generali and Volvo. I’ve spent the majority of my career as an account lead in agencies like Rapier, iris, Cheil and Grey, where I also performed a number of WPP duties.
I’m firstly a marketeer who has gently transitioned into change management, advising businesses on how to set themselves up for success. I’m passionate about helping marketers get the most both from the environment they work in and from themselves.
Claire Walters

Claire is a highly motivated senior leader in Media and Sourcing with significant Agency and FMCG experience. A change maker who has a breadth of commercial and operational experience working for 11 years within Agency Networks followed by 11 years at Mondelez delivering Responsible Marketing Procurement, Ecosystem Management and Marketing Transformation.
Some recent career highlights include Global Agency, Owners and MarTech roadmap design & management; Global Pitch Governance and Contracting; Media Performance model evolution & implementation and design and build of a data solution for an in-house digital media team
Nicole Urena
Marketing Executive
With a Public Relations degree from William Paterson University, Nicole dove into healthcare marketing where she helped a New Jersey hospital land newsworthy media coverage and launch all their social media pages. Since then, she’s used her creative background to focus on more project management roles where she can be a liaison for her clients. During her free time, Nicole spends her day reading a new romance novel, hiking new trails with her pup, Lily and discovering new cafes around her city.
Mathilde Jaeger
Marketing Executive
Mathilde holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Sociology and a master’s degree in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. She has previously worked for the Danish Cleantech Hub in New York doing business development for Danish companies within the climate tech industry wanting to enter the US market. Before joining Flock, she worked with a Danish design- and innovation studio as the Business Development Manager focused primarily on the US market.
Mathilde has always been adventurous and thus spent two years after high school travelling the world. She describes herself as a creative person and besides holding a certificate from Parson’s School of Design, she did a podcast series in collaboration with Danish radio station ‘Radio 24/7’ in the summer of 2022.
Nick Wells
Media Consultant
Nick is a media consultant at Flock, who’s spent the past 7 years leading client-side media globally and driving marketing transformation for healthcare, B2B, and consumer electronics brands.
As a client-side media lead, he’s faced the same challenges that many of our own clients face day-in and day-out.
Nick is an American expat currently living in Belgium, after spending time in the UK, Netherlands, and France. There’s rarely ‘spare time’ in the home he share with his wife, son, 2 dogs, and 2 cats, but if there ever is, you can find Nick in his woodworking shop building something, or playing ice hockey.
Ewa Emilia
Support to Finance Director
A professional and passionate individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, with sound business and financial experience supplemented by business strategy, business analysis and people awareness. She supports our company’s Finance Director in the financial monitoring of key corporate projects, company financial analysis & reconciliations.
Ewa is meticulous in her research, analysis, and reporting, with exceptional attention to detail balanced with achieving the business aims. Ewa has many years of entrepreneurial, operational, PA, administrative, and financial experience with a demonstrable track record of working in the Art, Oil, Property, Finance, and Education management industries. She holds BA in Business Management and MSc in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship.
