Claire Perkins
Consultant
With experience spanning multiple sectors including retail, finance and Pharma, Claire has delivered for partners such as Bayer, Takeda, MSD, AstraZeneca, AkzoNobel, Philips, Morrisons. Having spent most of her career leading multifunctional agency teams in the space of creative, content, digital and CRM, her approach is user-centric and data led.
In the last 10 years she has driven major transformation programmes in digital communications, leading programmes of change across global client teams, translating the complicated to action-orientated plans.
Key projects include: Global digital transformation of Akzonobel digital footprint; MSD Omnichannel planning readiness and capability development; PayPal web optimisation programme; and Takeda global patient app and web platform.

Jeremy Wilson

Jeremy is a highly experienced Digital & Omnichannel leader with over 25 years at C-suite level in consultancy & multichannel retail.
He is one of the Founders of ‘Practicology’, he led all of the technology and strategy projects, with clients across Europe. MENA and the US. He is able to blend strategic vision with commercial awareness, so delivering projects which can then achieve the desired results.

Lisa Lucas
Media Consultant
Lisa has worked in strategic marketing and media in the commercial and non-profit sectors across local and global roles in the US, UK and the Netherlands.
With a background in marketing and content development, she’s led client teams across media strategy, planning and buying and worked on various brand global transformation projects agency-side. Experienced with econometrics, digital strategy, digital in-housing, partnerships and global governance, she’s passionate about effective, purpose-led marketing that is outcome focused.
Adrey Low

Adrey has more than 25 years of experience in the brand strategy and communications business. She spent the large part of her career working for BBH, leading and managing some of their biggest regional/global businesses like Johnnie Walker, Unilever, Coke, Levis, Singapore Tourism Board and many more.
She spent the last 10 years running her own strategic consultancy.
Over the course of her career Adrey had worked on a broad range of comms & strategic projects, from helping start-ups write their brand and marketing plans, to brand refreshment exercises for big corporations to creating and executing regional and global marketing and brand campaigns.
Adrey lives in Singapore with her husband and son. Her non-work pursuits tend to centre around art, cooking, and anything green, assuming she ever gets a moment to herself.

With 25+ years of extensive global agency and corporate leadership expertise in B2B, B2C and DTC across 30+ industries, as well as time running a marketing technology company, she has become a trusted resource and advisor to some of the world’s most respected global brands and coveted start-ups.
Jill has worked within companies such as Diageo, PepsiCo, the NBA and The Corcoran Group, as well as for agencies and consultancies such as JWT, Publicis, Interbrand, and Siegel+Gale, and Faith Popcorn’s BrainReserve.
She is laser-focused on improving operations for her clients, so they can focus on customer experience and growth.

John Helstrip

Rupert Simonds-Gooding
Senior Consultant
Rupert is passionate about making seemingly complex things work smoothly and efficiently. He offers a wealth of experience in auditing, assessing and ultimately improving Marketing processes.
He has spent most of his career in leading creative agencies and was M&C Saatchi Group Creative Services Director until 2015; whilst at the agency he was also Chairman of the IPA Creative Services Group from 2008-2011.
Since leaving the agency his time has been spent as a Marketing Operations Consultant with both agencies and clients alike, across multiple business sectors both in the UK and Ireland.
During his career he has worked with multiple brands, both locally and globally, including HSBC, Three Ireland, Hewlett Packard and BBC World Service in recent years.
In his free time Rupert is passionate about sport, both as a competitor and spectator. He also can often be found fishing or swimming in the sea, rivers and lakes in South West Ireland when he is not working.

Allen Singer

Allen uses his decades of experience in operations, specializing in helping large organizations adapt and transform their operations and strategy that span marketing, media agency, creative agency, and publishers.
Allen’s expertise with numbers and process are a long way from his start as an Art Director. That road included stints as EVP Director of Operations at Grey Healthcare Group, SVP Director of Operations at Zenith Media, and 4 lead operations roles at three different holding companies. In industries like pharma, adtech, medical devices, banking, and telecommunications for world class companies and brands, Verizon, Chase, Sonic, Darden, Pfizer, GSK, Integral AdScience.
Allen explored his deep understanding of the intersection between agencies, brands, and vendors, developing operating models that ease the messiness of the marketing ecosystem while enabling teams to create their magic. Allen still carries the curiosity and creativity that launched his agency career as a creative. From his experiences cycling through Italy, as an exhibited photographer, and through work in South Africa building a Habitat for Humanity home, Allen shows the power of an unconventional thinker.
Nick Bonney

Nick started Deep Blue Thinking in 2018, having previously led ABA Research as Managing Director.
Nick has over 25 years experience in the research industry and brings a unique client side perspective having led the insight function at Orange, M&S, EE and The National Lottery. Nick was made a Fellow of the Market Research Society in 2018.
Deep Blue Thinking have just been nominated for the MRS Independent Consultant Award for the second time in three years.
