NEW YORK, April 11, 2018 — Flock Associates, the global marketing transformation and consulting firm, today announced it´s US market expansion and operations with the appointment of Mitchell Caplan as Managing Director. The appointment comes as Flock continues to grow its US presence in the US, which at this time includes clients such as McDonald´s, Campbell´s, Ford, Johnson&Johnson and T-Mobile.
Caplan comes to Flock Associates with deep expertise as a long-time entrepreneur and marketer, having most recently worked at RAPP, a global Direct, Data, and Digital agency where he held the role of Chief Growth Officer.

Prior to joining Flock Associates, Caplan’s 25 years’ experience spanned roles including CMO of IBT Media, CMO of Young and Rubicam/WPP, and CMO of McCann Erickson, New York. While at Y&R Caplan led WPP’s global relationship with Dell, and sat on the Y&R Brands Executive Board. Caplan has also worked with several start ups as an advisor, and served on the AOL Ventures Advisory Board.
