Mitchell Caplan, MD of Flock USA, and Simon Francis, CEO of Flock, attended the dinner and both observed that many of the marketers were uncertain about how best to structure internal studios, production hubs, and agencies. Also, some were unsure on how to effectively appraise their agencies (both internal and external), and how many were struggling with the universal adoption of marketing technology.
