Anthology is an exciting new brand in London residential property development led by Mark Dickinson, ex-Managing Director of Lendlease’s EMEA Development business.

The company will focus on building homes in London, for Londoners.

Flock Associates were appointed to help create the brief for the new brand, and ran pitches to appoint the brand and communication agency Greenspace, which devised the brand strategy, brand identity and website for Anthology. Flock will continue to help Anthology build its’ integrated marketing resources including digital, social, media, database marketing capabilities and agency resources.

Commenting on the launch Mark Dickinson Managing Director of Anthology said, “We are proud to launch Anthology today. We are an experienced London team, with great ambition, backed by our long term investors at Oaktree.  Our strategy is very simple, we will build homes in London, for Londoners. Our brand of Anthology reflects and inspires stories of homes built from London. We are delighted with the work of Flock and Greenspace who have prepared our trade launch.”

Simon Francis, CEO of Flock Associates said, “It is a rare privilege to build the marketing resources and launch a brand from scratch. It’s even better to see the brand reflected in every part of a company’s operations. To be able to build a true brand in property development, where brands are not always respected, with a team committed to integrated marketing excellence, is even better. We’re excited about the prospect of building on the trade launch marketing assets, to expand the marketing significantly, when the first development sites are announced.”

Adrian Caddy, CEO of Greenspace said, “We are extremely proud to be part of this exciting new partnership and to see our work in creating the brand strategy, identity and web presence for Anthology begin to take shape. This is the first chapter of what promises to be a great collection of stories, built from London.”
