Research conducted by the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) has highlighted concerns of multinational organisations regarding the lack of digitally skilled talent. The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) principles comes into force from the 25th May 2018, which will affect the processing and holding of personal data. Flock is committed to complying with GDPR and has started to implement the changes now.

GDPR has six principles;

Processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner.
Collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.
Adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary.
Accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date.
Retained only for as long as necessary.
Processed in an appropriate manner to maintain integrity & confidentiality.
